Returns 

Earrings 一 Due to hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final and cannot be returned. If any concerns arise during shipping, please contact us with photos and your order no. for a replacement.

Earrings and Ring/Anklet/Bracelet/Necklace Sets 一 Due to hygiene reasons, earring sets cannot be returned. The non-earring pieces from sets cannot be returned separately. Please do contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Rings, Anklets, Bracelets and Necklaces 一 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging including jewellery box/pouch and in resalable condition with all tags and protective elements intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For delicate pieces like Capiz shell and pearl jewellery, please ensure careful packaging during return shipping. Please notify us of your return using the contact page or start a chat referencing your order no.

Pins, Key Rings, Cuff Links and Notebooks 一 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Refunds

Items must be unused and in the original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

In the rare event of a shipping mishap or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order no. a short description of the issue.  Please also send images - after all, a picture is worth a thousand words! We'll ensure you receive the right piece promptly.

For any other orders you wish to exchange, please check the Returns section above for guidance specific to your item type (earrings, sets, or other pieces). Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund. After the refund is complete, we invite you to browse our collections again - our virtual doors are always open.
