Collection: BAYBAYIN | script

The first time I truly felt the weight of my heritage, I was a university student—far from home, searching for strength. I chose to have TIYAGA (perseverance) tattooed on me in Baybayin, our indigenous Filipino script. That word became my anchor, a daily reminder to keep going even when things felt impossible. In every curve and line, I saw not just a script, but the resilience of generations before me.

For years, I dreamed of sharing that feeling—a connection to our roots, carried close to the heart—with others. The Baybayin Collection is that dream come to life.

Every piece is brought to life with Mga Sulat ng Puso—a custom Baybayin font created especially for Aking Sinta by John NL Leyson, author of Anatomiya ng Baybayin. Inspired by the steady rhythm and curves of the human heart, each character flickers with the passion and warmth that define our culture. John’s design is a love letter to our identity: the strokes flow like arteries, the flicks echo the blaze of alab ng puso—the fire that keeps us moving forward.

Wearing Baybayin is more than a style choice. It’s a way to honour your story, reclaim your language, and spark new connections. Each design invites you to celebrate where you come from and who you’re becoming. My hope is that, like my tattoo, these pieces become reminders of your own strength, your heritage, and the stories that unite us all.

Create your own bespoke piece with a word that speaks to you. Wear your story. Keep our script alive. Pass on the fire.
