A: Our handmade pieces from the Capiz, Perlas, Luntian and Pasko Collections feature 18k gold plated stainless steel and/or brass findings while the pieces from the Araw Collection are crafted from 18k gold PVD coated stainless steel. Q: Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
A: Many of our pieces are nickel-free and lead-free which makes them hypoallergenic for most wearers with sensitive skin. However, sensitivity can vary person to person. Please check the description of each specific item you are interested in to confirm if it is nickel-free and lead-free. A: Sizing can vary for each piece based on the design and materials used. Please refer to the product measurements provided on each product page - this will include detailed measurements for that specific item to help you select your ideal size. Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible regular-priced items in their original re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Note that all earrings and earring sets are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please see our full return policy for more details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship orders within the United Kingdom. However, we hope to expand our shipping to more countries soon! Please check back on our shipping page periodically for updates as we work on making our designs available worldwide. In the meantime, we offer international shipping to select countries on our Etsy store.
