Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or modify your orders with Aking Sinta Jewellery.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that will be available at a future date. Pre-orders often come with special early bird discounts and require full payment at the time of purchase.

For pre-orders:

• Full payment is required at checkout
• Your order confirmation will include the estimated delivery timeframe
• You can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund before the item ships
• Once your pre-order has been shipped, our standard returns policy applies

Regular Orders

For all other orders, once an order is placed and payment is processed, it enters our fulfilment system immediately. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
