Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order dispatched and on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please see below for more information on our shipping methods and delivery estimates.
Packaging
Aking Sinta promotes eco-friendly products and materials hence why the packaging for your piece(s) will be a simple box or a reusable cotton drawstring bag and will be shipped in recyclable and biodegradable boxes or envelopes. Please reuse them if possible!
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days and 'handmade to order' items within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. However, dispatch may take longer during busy sale periods. A dispatch confirmation will be sent to your email.
UK Shipping and Delivery
For deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail services as a default.
Shipping Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Public Holidays and Unexpected Delays
Delivery times may be longer due to bank holidays, national public holidays and unforeseen circumstances like severe weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us. We'll investigate, provide updates and work with you to resolve any issues. Note that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to being undelivered, we will contact you to verify your address and arrange redelivery.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. We hope to expand our international shipping in the very near future. In the meantime, we offer international shipping to select countries on our Etsy store.
