We aim to get your order dispatched and on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please see below for more information on our shipping methods and delivery estimates.
Packaging
Aking Sinta promotes eco-friendly products and materials hence why the packaging for your piece(s) will be a simple box or a reusable cotton drawstring bag and will be shipped in recyclable and biodegradable boxes or envelopes. Please reuse them if possible!
Order Processing and Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days and 'handmade to order' items within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. However, dispatch may take longer during busy sale periods. A dispatch confirmation will be sent to your email.
UK Shipping and Delivery
For deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail services as a default.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. Tracking is provided for all international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
United States: Good news! We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the USA, which means all customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You won't have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Canada: Please note that Canadian customers may be required to pay customs duties, GST/HST, and provincial taxes upon delivery. These fees are collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount varies depending on your province and the order value.
All Other Countries: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.
We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue orders to avoid customs fees, as this may result in your parcel being seized or delayed.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Public Holidays and Unexpected Delays
Delivery times may be longer due to bank holidays, national public holidays and unforeseen circumstances like severe weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us. We'll investigate, provide updates and work with you to resolve any issues.
Christmas Cut-Offs and Break
We ship all orders via Royal Mail and they do advise on the Last Posting Dates for Christmas deliveries. Please check before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
As a small team, we take a holiday break to spend some quality time with family. Please do check our Holiday Shipping Notice before placing your order.
Undelivered Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to being undelivered, we will contact you to verify your address and re-arrange delivery.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
We totally understand how frustrating it can be if a parcel goes missing or gets stolen. While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, once it's marked as 'delivered' by the courier, it's out of our hands. If you do run into any issues though, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is accepted, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns: Please reach out before returning international orders, as return shipping costs may be higher. We'll work with you to find the best solution.
